Yamaji Kokeshi

This kokeshi doll, named “Yamaji,” was created by Toshio Sekiguchi, a highly regarded kokeshi craftsman in Japan.

His work stands out for its distinctive artistic style and exceptional craftsmanship. We believe this piece is an original work of art of outstanding quality. The boldly carved red and yellow leaves create a striking visual effect, while the doll’s facial expression is gentle and serene.
